You need to have an eye test when you turn 50, 60, 65, and 70. You can complete an eye test at your general practitioner, an optometrist, an ophthalmologist, or by attending an Access Canberra Service Centre. You will need to complete a visual acuity assessment form and submit it to Access Canberra.
